The Freedom Family is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated sales professionals! Being a Medical Mobility Sales Representative, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work with a highly skilled team who loves what they do and have a great time doing it while building lifelong and impactful relationships with your customers. Our Medical Mobility Sales Reps have unlimited income potential through a base, commission, and bonus pay structure! Must be willing to travel occasionally.
What You'll Do:
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and using active listening skills.
- Build new and existing customer relationships.
- Utilize the CRM to prospect and to maintain repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.
- Report to Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate high moral and ethical standards in all aspects. and a passion for customer service.
What You'll Need:
- 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and comprehension skills to interpret and apply product information.
- CRM experience (preferred)
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers in CRM.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated to achieve performance and sales goals.
- Ability to learn product specifications and applications needed to support sales efforts.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Satisfactory driving record.
- Willing to travel occasionally.
