What you'll do:
- Consultative Sales: Move beyond old-school "car sales" tactics. Elevate the customer experience by using NEPQ and relationship-first strategies. Conduct a needs assessment to identify the perfect mobility solution for every customer's unique needs.
- Quality over Quantity: No cold calling No prospecting. We fuel your pipeline with pre-qualified, high-intent leads so you spend your time where it matters: closing deals.
- Showroom Superstar: Deliver the "wow factor" via live virtual demos with a dedicated videographer in our indoor showroom to showcase our exclusive rear-entry, wheelchair-accessible conversion vehicles.
- Playbook Precision: Leverage our advanced CRM system to dominate your pipeline, proactively follow up with customers, and operate at peak performance.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with production, admin, and shipping to ensure a seamless experience for every customer from first call to first drive.
What you’ll need:
- Ability to Close: You hold a proven track record and ability to close in high-ticket sales or luxury products, including automotive, powersports, or equipment.
- Mission-Driven Grit: You have the tenacity to overcome objections and confidence to ask for the sale because you believe in the solution.
- Virtual Presence: You build rapport effortlessly, earning trust while being polished, persuasive, and professional during video consultations for our luxury wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
- Data-Driven Success: You understand that our proven systems—from CRM workflows to video demos—are built for success and execute with discipline.
- Coachability: You check your ego at the door. Whether it's mastering the specs of the latest conversion or optimizing your output, you thrive on feedback and pivot your approach.
