We’re looking for a Master Mechanic who’s passionate about problem-solving, thrives on tackling complex vehicle issues, and brings leadership to the shop floor. If you want to work where your expertise is respected — and rewarded — this is your opportunity. The Master Mechanic is a key team member that will be responsible for maintaining high quality and safety standards on the wheelchair-accessible vehicle conversions we produce.

- Perform advanced diagnostics on drivability, electrical, emissions, and network issues.
- Serve as the go-to expert for other techs, offering support and insight when needed.
- Handle the most complex warranty and customer concerns with precision and expertise.
- Stay current on OEM technical service bulletins and diagnostic procedures.
- Collaborate with production and parts staff, external technicians, and management to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Mentor junior technicians as needed.
What you’ll need:
- Master ASE Certified.
- 5+ years of advanced diagnostic experience.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Expert with diagnostic tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
