What you'll do:
  • Lead Engagement: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with high speed-to-lead that turns questions into qualified leads.
  • Consultative Conversations: Build rapport quickly to compassionately identify the specific mobility solutions that meet a customer's unique needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Pipeline Management: Schedule qualified leads for virtual demonstrations with Mobility Specialists with accurate notes in the CRM.
  • Outbound Outreach: Re-engage company-generated prospects to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Consistent Excellence: Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly metric goals while maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Reliable Performance: Show up on time, every time. Our customers’ independence depends on our team being there for them.
What You'll Need
  • The Skills: Bachelor's Degree required. Passion for customer service, sales development, or retail.
  • The Voice: Exceptional communication and active listening. You build rapport instantly.
  • The Drive: A self-motivated, "results-driven" mindset with a genuine heart for helping people.
  • The Tech: Strong computer skills and comfort navigating CRM platforms

Compensation:
$25.00/hr.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm in-office, rotating weekend availability for remote coverage
