As the Marketing Data Analyst you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to help drive our marketing performance and decision-making. As the Marketing Data Analyst you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to help drive our marketing performance and decision-making. You will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance our marketing initiatives, improve customer engagement, and align with business goals.
What you'll do:
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to extract trends and insights related to marketing performance.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement data-driven strategies.
- Use statistical and analytical techniques to measure campaign effectiveness and forecast future outcomes.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate marketing hypotheses.
- Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing initiatives based on data insights.
What you’ll need:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Experience working with data analysis tools.
- Knowledge with JavaScript, SQL, Python, or R preferred.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
